The open kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with branded appliances: fridge, induction hob, microwave and kettle. There is a washing machine with dryer in the bathroom. The studio has laminate flooring, air conditioning w/c, aluminium windows with double glazing, wardrobes and an integrated modern sofa bed. It is located in a popular area near the beach in Illetas. Several sandy beaches are within walking distance. Illetas beach is very popular and has everything you need for a great holiday. The building has 2 entrances, 3 modern lifts and a well-kept reception hall with doorman. The pool area with sea view has been recently renovated. The communal fees are € 70 per month.
