Finca for renovation in Santa Maria

The natural stone finca is located in the beautiful town of Santa Maria towards (southeast) Alaro near the famous Reeds Hotel with a very beautiful mountain view. Although it is very centrally located (it is only a 10-minute walk to the shops and restaurants or the train), it is very quiet there. The house currently has a living space of approx. 160 m², but can be enlarged to approx. 190 m². Since there are still many small walls, living space can still be expanded. The property of 2,500 m² has a very nice old tree population. The house has many beautiful old elements such as Wooden beams, a brick oven and a fireplace. The house has to be completely renovated or refurbished. In this location there are only a few houses that have not yet been renovated and where you can still bring your own ideas.
